The City of Sarasota convened the Purple Ribbon Committee to determine the future of the "purple cow" when its was assumed it would be replaced by a new performing arts hall. Mr. Rovine has an extensive background in successful theater management and has served as the Vice-President for the Baltimore Orioles-Sarasota.
