As a superintendent with over 45 years of construction experience, Carey offers a lot of wise knowledge in this episode! Carey highlights Keith Patterson from Waco Construction who taught him how to be a great Superintendent. The conversation ranges from stop starting to start finishing all the way to meeting Carey's current project team. Carey goes into detail about BE&K's lean journey and talks about the way he visualizes the schedule, utilizing a stoplight scheduling approach to managing production.
