Episode 370: Hot Coffey in Greenville

Derrik, Hunter and Jake are back for their first regular MiLB Talk for the Red Sox system in a couple weeks. They start with Cutter Coffey’s crazy home run streak in Greenville. They tell you what you should know about the former top draft pick, what you can expect from him going forward and more. They also go over Miguel Bleis’ first week in Greenville and some solid pitching performances. Hunter recounts his trip to Reading to see the Sea Dogs all week including his conversation with Kristian Campbell, who won Eastern League Player of the Week even though he just got promoted. In Worcester the focus is on Nick Yorke and the change of scenery doing him well after an OK start to the year in Portland. The crew also goes over some good bullpen work in the Woo. In Salem there’s talk of Noah Dean and how he’s turned his fortunes around this year, plus Jojo Ingrassia. The guys finish up with the FCL/DSL Minute and then Guess the Prospect.
