2019. What a year. If you were a Vancouver Whitecaps fan it started with some hope and ended with some hope, but the bits inbetween were certainly bleak at times. But elsewhere in Canadian soccer it was a year of excitement as the Canadian Premier League launched and the national team made some history before ultimately just falling short of taking a giant leap forward.
