This episode looks at Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. The topic in this episode is one that I’m very conscious of and aware of because as a middle-aged white man I’m conscious of the advantages this brings me in life.  If I think back over my career this consciousness hasn’t always been with me.  Whether that’s because of the wider conversation that’s happening around equality, diversity and inclusion or whether that’s with age I’ve become more aware of it.
