Episode 38 - Learn to Redesign Your Body WIth Your Words

In 2009 Charlotte felt like she had lost it all. As a Registered Nurse, she was used to dealing with the practical/medical side of health care, thankfully Charlotte believes in miracles and was determined to regain what she had lost.  Charlotte was diagnosed with fibromyalgia which was incredibly painful and "incurable," as well as major depression, and intractable back pain.  Because of Charlotte's belief system, she was able to love herself back to health.  She is now pain-free and at 52 in the best health of her adult life. Charlotte believes in a voice-activated magical Universe that wants us to be healthy.  Loving ourselves is the key.  As Louise Hay says, "Filling my mind with pleasant thoughts is the quickest road to health." Charlotte lives on the Emerald Coast of Florida, USA and now works with women 45+ to help them rediscover their passion and purpose.  She helps them heal the past and move forward in life.
