Today we speak with Annika Gandarilla, Agent Engagement Specialist   Annika Gandarilla runs her company’s education department and also manages the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization — scheduling volunteer events, charity donation events, and more. These events gather the agents and partners together for a sense of purpose and to better the communities they all serve.
