Episode 38 - Mary Bell, Britain’s Youngest Female Killer

Shocking is the only word we can think of to describe this case. Mary started her killing the day before she turned 11.  She was raised in the worst environment imaginable and was certainly neglected and abused by those who should have protected her.  Two young boys would die and many more were hurt before she was stopped. But more importantly, before she was helped.  In this case we see the whole situation, we know why it happened and we see the rehabilitation.
