Episode 38 - Non, je ne regrette rien

from Running The Red Line · host Running The Red Line

Episode 38 - Non, je ne regrette rien:   This week we have a little European flair to break through the usual midlands accents on the pod. We welcome our special guest, joining us all the way from Malaga en route to Valencia half marathon next weekend, the wonderful Chloe Hamard. Brett and Andy have an hour chat with Chloe about how she got into running, how her training has changed since having a coach, her current pbs and targets, recent and upcoming races, favourite kit and training sessions. Chloe is targeting a sub 88 minute half at Valencia so wish her the best of luck for next Sunday.   Subscribe to Chloe's YouTube channel and follow her on socials to join her on her running adventures  @ChloeHamard    Brett and Andy then continue with their usual waffle for the next hour talking through training paces, the Chicago Marathon, training weeks and a double bill of 'The Strava Segment'.   Question of the pod:   What European race would you like to run most?   Do you have a question for the pod? If so, comment on the YouTube video, send us a message on Instagram or email it to [email protected]   As runners, we all challenge ourselves in ways we never thought possible. Pushing the boundaries of what we're capable of to smash through targets and set ourselves new bigger and better ones.   This awesome hobby we share gives us one thing in common and it brings us together as a community. Whether you’re working towards completing your first Parkrun, or you're a veteran of the sport who's run 100 ultra marathons, we all know the feeling of reaching that maxed out effort and our own Red Line.   Welcome to our podcast where your hosts Brett Elesmore and Andy Maguire discuss the struggles, the successes and everything in-between on our running journeys as we all work towards the next time we’re Running The Red Line...   Andy's Channel: @itsonandy Brett's Channel: @ob1brand
