When the trailer for Cobra Kai dropped, we immediately realized that it was the Karate Kid spin-off that we needed in our lives. Then we asked, "What the hell is youtube red?". Cobra Kai follows Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso in the years following the huge upset at the 1984 under 18 All-Valley Karate Tournament. Things aren't great for Johnny, but for Daniel and the viewers things are pretty great.
