Most recently, thanks to Intergalactic Friendship Day, there is the intermixing of two mobile games, Doctor Who: Lost in Time and Star Trek: Lower Decks - The Badgey Directive from East Side Games. In it, The 10th Doctor and River Song work with Lieutenant Brad Boimler and Ensign Beckett Mariner (from Lower Decks) to stop the timey-wimey issues trying to destroy reality. In 2012, IDW Comics released Star Trek: The Next Generation/Doctor Who: Assimilation², a mini-series bringing together crews from the USS Enterprise with various Doctors. Then there was the fan fiction favorite, The Doctor and the Enterprise, first printed in 1982 by Jean Airey. These adventures in space and time have entertained the fans for years and always leave us wanting more.
