Episode 389: Burners On

Jordan, Sam and Brian get together to recap what had been a back-and-forth series between the Red Sox and Yankees entering Sunday Night Baseball -- which the Yankees won 8-2. The trio also got to recap some trades as the MLB Trade Deadline is fast approaching with a surprisingly large amount of movement. The Boston Red Sox swung two deals, re-acquiring lefty starter James Paxton and upgrading their secondary catcher spot with Danny Jansen. Corresponding roster moves were the designating of right-handed reliever Chase Anderson and backup catcher Reese McGuire for assignment. Jordan and Brian later address two moves they'd like to see Boston make before the deadline passes on July 30.
