Jen Berlingo, MA, LPC, ATR (she/her) is a midlife coach, a licensed professional counselor, a nationally registered art therapist, and a master-level Reiki practitioner. She wrote a book called Midlife Emergence, which reached #1 in several Amazon categories. She is also a visual artist and created the painting on the cover of her book. Jen is a dynamic being who assists in helping others to hone in on their own desires and live their truth.
