Episode 39: Supply Chain Disruptions: A Global Perspective

In this episode of Clarity Generates Confidence, Gary speaks with friend, Tiger, about the effect that Covid-19 has had on production, freight costs, and the supply chain in general.  Tiger speaks about the upheaval in freight methods he’s witnessed since the beginning of the pandemic, with shortages in shipping containers and an increase in air shipments.  He wisely notes that there are three things that will always occur in the world; war, pandemic, and famine.  We’ve indeed seen these all in the past, and have seen the results, both good and bad.  One positive Tiger notes is that with working from home, he has been able to see his family more regularly than before, which is something everyone should be able to relate to.
