Episode 4 - 51 Years old....and I have already lost the mid-life crisis battle

At 51 years old, Dennis should be planning vacations with his family, date nights with Terri, and movie nights with the girls. Not fighting for his memory…his life! In this powerful and unfiltered conversation, Dennis opens up about his journey with early-onset Alzheimer’s, joined by his wife Terri, who shares the reality of watching the man she loves face something neither of them expected so soon. Together, they talk about long and hard road it took to get a diagnosis, the daily battles, the fear, and resilience. This isn’t a story about statistics or medical jargon — it’s a raw look into what it means when Alzheimer’s shows up decades too early. With so few resources available for people his age, Dennis found himself part of a small, overlooked group. Instead of staying silent, he took action — creating his own support network through TikTok and Zoom, reaching others walking the same lonely path….at a way to young age. Because Alzheimer’s doesn’t wait for retirement age. It doesn’t care about plans, goals, or mid-life crises. It takes — and it forces families to find strength in the taking. Listen in as Dennis and Terri pull back the curtain and share their truth — unscripted, uncensored, and unapologetic.
