Episode 4 - Daring to be different in business

In this special episode I am joined by Francesca Tricarico, co-founder of Future Cloud Accounting and founder of NYPsocial networking group. As a single mum of two, Francesca decided 12 years ago that she wanted to create a better life for herself and her children, so she went back into education. She spent all her spare time studying and saving towards buying her own home. She had a passion for accountancy, so worked hard and focussed her efforts towards joining a top practice. As well as studying, she did some voluntary work in the industry in order to become as fully immersed as possible before being offered an amazing opportunity to work within a top local firm (after applying twice). Francesca loves a challenge and loves to challenge others too. She has made it a mission to help others succeed. She want on to start her own business in 2019 and grew it very quickly. Her personal interests lie in the health and fitness industry. She strongly believes that every business owner should have a physical hobby. Francesca says 'Having worked so hard to get here, I would like to inspire others that they can get to wherever they want to be, just like me.'
