In today's society, there's no need to be spreading divisiveness, especially in our very own communities. It's hard to believe that the occupation of our great grandparents still impacts who should marry who. When you say it out loud, it sounds just as silly as it really is. It may have made sense many years ago in India, but there's no place for it in the western world. Then there's Indian dating apps doubling down and spreading racism & discrimination in hopes they can have their viral moment and make some money. Shame on anyone that's promoting this behaviour.
