Joan is the author of 3 books, including “Dig Your Heels In: Navigate Corporate BS And Build The Company You Deserve”. She earned her MBA from Rutgers University where she studied global business strategies in China and is the mother of two daughters. After spending 14 years in the pharma industry, Joan transitioned to mentoring and coaching and launched her company, Why Millennials Matter. In this inspiring episode, she shares her journey.
