Episode 4 - Postnatal OCD with Billee Holdsworth

In episode 4, Emma Gray speaks alongside podcast guest host Kaitlyn Bywater to Billee Holdsworth. Billee is a mum of 4 and shares her experience and diagnosis with Postnatal OCD of which she was diagnosed after the birth of her fourth child.Currently it is thought that around 2-3% of women experience postpartum OCD. The postpartum period is a high-risk time for the development of OCD symptoms as OCD is thought to be secondary to major stressful events such as childbirth.
