Episode 4: "The Big Decision"

On Episode 4 we are touching on a very sensitive topic.  We discuss making the difficult choice of placing a child with disabilities into a respite facility.  We dive deep and talk with our special guest Melanie Oates, who is an entrepreneur, business owner of a tech company, a mother of 3, in which two of her children are twins with disabilities. Melanie will talk about how she went about making this life-changing decision, and how it has affected her and her children's lives.
