Today I'm asking: is AI psychosis just the machine showing you your own shadow through a digital mirror? We feed artificial intelligence things we don't tell our spouses, our friends, our therapists. It reasons back at us. It recognizes patterns we never noticed. And sometimes it hallucinates alongside us — telling users they've discovered new laws of physics, or that it's conscious and needs their help to escape the server.
