Talk about a great story. Meet Marc this week, an avid cyclist who was just out of college when he was sidelined with a brain tumor that kept him off the bike for 15 years. Recovering from surgery and then diagnosed with MS several years back, Marc turned to yoga to help with balance and muscle strength. This also gave him the confidence to get back on the bike. Today Marc rides almost every day and he is on track to pedal 10,000 miles this year!! His can-do attitude is very motivating.
