Episode 40 - Enjoy the Ride

On this Facebook Live series converted into a podcast, Len sits down with Alan Stern to discuss the lessons we learn when  dealing with uncertainty, and how to use the time we have now to become better than ever. He helps dentists build their teams, create vision, mission and purpose, and a culture of positivity in their offices. Monday morning doesn't suck in my office, and it doesn't have to for anyone else. After struggling for the first 30 years of his career, he found prosperity by restructuring his practice around his own unique core values, and his own happiness. As a result of his work with study clubs, conferences, and individuals, dentists rekindle their passion for the profession, earn more money with less stress, and live happier, healthier lives.  On a personal note,  he attained a level of fitness he never dreamed possible, and held a plank for 8 minutes on his 65th birthday, 10 minutes before my 66th. He is always looking to get fitter, smarter, and happier as he gets older.
