Adopting a carnivore diet transformed Kevin's life, especially after a severe Covid health scare and being 310 lbs. He battled pre-diabetes and high blood pressure, misled by misconceptions about red meat and fats. A carb-rich diet worsened his condition until the keto diet helped him lose 50 lbs. Inspired by Dr. Ken D. Berry and Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Kevin fully embraced the carnivore diet in early 2023. Now at 200 lbs, he feels rejuvenated at 54.
