Episode 41 – Colin's Sunapee Triathlon Race Recap & IM Florida Preparation

In this episode, Colin recaps his second race of 2020 where he was the 1st amateur finisher (and 4th overall!) at the Capital Well Sunapee Triathlon. Shout to to Millennium Running and race director John Mortimer for successfully holding this event with nearly 400 participants! He and his team did a sensational job thinking about every detail to ensure this race went off safely. Colin's racing season is not over yet. He is preparing for Ironman Florida which is scheduled for the beginning of November! Colin discusses his upcoming training and preparation as this race is fast approaching. Listen and enjoy!
