Episode 41 - Get Creative

I used to be one of those people who struggled with consistent creativity.  You’ve heard me repeat that the secret to having good ideas is to have lots of them….so I prefer to take the disciplined work approach to getting a reliable creativity flow. You can either work on ‘inspiration’ at scheduled times and groom the pile for the useful bits later. You can also wait for inspiration to show up - but this method rarely produces any meaningful volume or consistency of output Remember to surround yourself with inspiration before your writing ritual Also, have a convenient way to capture notes whether you’re in bed, in the car, or in a lineup The real secret is to stay disciplined.  Make a promise to do the work and actually delivery.  EVERY day.
