Alia Caldwell is from Los Angeles and played college basketball at the University of California.  She's played basketball overseas in China, Poland, Greece and Spain. While at Cal Talia was a four-year starter and one of the few players in school history to reach 1,000 rebounds and 1,000-points. Her senior year she lead the Pac-12 in boards among active players and finished her college career with a Final Four appearance as a senior. In addition to a stellar playing career, Talia excelled academically, being the first student athlete to be accepted to the Haas School of Business. With an entrepreneurial mindset Talia has always loved business and looks forward to owning her own business one day.  On the podcast, Talia offers advice to players thinking about going overseas and she gives great insight to why young women should always feel powerful.
