Episode 41: How a past life hypnosis cleared my online visibility issues

Visibility and public speaking are some of the biggest fears out there. It’s also very common in both new entrepreneurs and people who’ve been in the game for a while. In this episode, we will go over the main causes of visibility fears/anxiety around putting ourselves out there and what we can do about it.There are three main reasons why we have visibility fears or experience anxiety when it comes to posting content online or speaking publicly in general:1. Our real problem is not really visibility but rather impostor syndrome. We feel that we are not qualified enough, competent enough, and have « who am I to talk about this » thoughts going through our minds.2. Visibility is just unfamiliar, and the fear/anxiety will likely vanish as we post more and become used to putting ourselves out there.3. Sometimes, the negative emotions won’t go away.
