This episode reminds you to cultivate gratitude, celebrate, and laugh. Reach for joy!  I rant and laugh about another round with little beings and try my best to like a wine spritzer. It doesn't work though. Soda water over wine! Oh no! Laughing Matters is published at the end of each month. It's the end-of-the-month highlights and includes four segments: celebrations, libation of the month, rants, and questions and answers. Celebrations are about intentionally forming a habit of noticing and acknowledging the good in you, in your life, and in your sphere of influence. The libation of the month is based on whatever I fancy or feel inspired by at the time. I share step-by-step instructions and you can mix right along with me. Rants are about anything I find funny and want to share.
