Meghan is a Registered Dietitian at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. The first ten years of her career she worked in nutrition research studies that were  funded by the National Institute of Health. She was a part of a variety of studies looking at bone density, type 1 diabetes, and non-alcoholic liver disease. She currently works as a clinician dietitian, specializing in the nutrition management of patients with Eosinophilic Esophagitis.
