Life can be really hard. Life can also be really amazing. It is easy to keep going when it is amazing but when it is hard and the hits seems to keep coming (big or small), it can be draining and it can leave you wondering how much you can endure and why you deserve it.  Life caught up with me last week and in this episode, I share what I was thinking about all the hard things that were happening and how I shifted to be able to handle it.
