What this episode covers

Finally, it’s Episode 42 of Geekspeak. This one was recorded in my old stomping grounds, the Brooklyn College Radio Studio on Sunday, August 6th after the Brooklyn Cyclones game. Hooray for nobody else at the radio station when you feel like recording! Topics discussed include: * Is E3 a goner? * The hillarious struggle betwen Netscape and Digg. Gosh, I wonder who will win this one? My money’s on Kevin. * Microsoft’s Zune Player has already hit a snag. Zune no Video! * Kazaa goes legit. I know what you’re thinking…Kazaa didn’t die yet? * Top 10 Gaming Achievements : A Gamefaq list that actually is pretty awesome. * USB 2.0 draining your laptop? Time to patch things up. * Movie Review: Clerks II * Paul Dini is back on Batman. The good old days are back again! * The Wind Up: The trade deadline brings great joy to the Yankees, and Bobby Abreu too! As stated inside the podcast, Geekspeak will continue to come out during the month of August, but updates will still occur. You can e-mail Geekspeak at [email protected], and don’t forget to vote over at Podcast Alley. Thanks for hanging in there folks, and thanks as always for downloading!
