Jaime Holm, the Founder & VP, Design of Tinker Tin Company, was born and raised on the Central Coast of California. She is inspired by nature’s perfectly imperfect textured rhythm and implements this ethos throughout her work. As a young female entrepreneur in a male-dominated industry, creating a company with over 500,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities in the USA and Mexico is no small feat. With in-house engineering, design, prototyping, + project management, Tinker Tin manufactures up to 10,000+ units for major retailers such as Boot Barn, Coachella, Red Bull, and more. Jaime's experience and ingenuity guided her to intentionally grow Tinker Tin, a zero-debt company, making for a solid foundation for the steady growth Tinker Tin has experienced year over year. When Jaime isn’t leading expansion at Tinker Tin, you can find her adventuring with her little wildings, Smokey & Sawyer, and husband Carl, reading, gardening, riding her horses, hiking, surfing, or sharing meals with friends and family!
