John Ralley is a renowned chef who has spent a significant amount of time abroad refining his skills. In Australia, John has built his life around wild harvest (hunting, fishing, spearfishing), local and home-grown produce where he now offers amazing outdoor culinary experiences to guests at his 'Bush River Kitchen' in the Hunter Valley - cooking with/over fire utilising wild foods to give guests a unique dining experience.
