Her path was rigorous, demanding, and transformative—shaped by discipline, deep inquiry, and profound personal experience.Known worldwide for her work in yoga therapeutics and women’s health, Lois has played a pivotal role in transmitting these teachings with clarity, integrity, and compassion.
