Episode 42. Serial Killer Baba Anujka and the Legend of Yowie

Happy New Year! We are back-ack-ack. In this episode, Danielle covers the story of the oldest serial killer in modern history, Baba Anujka. She used her knowledge of herbalism, medicine, and chemistry to create killer love potions. Literally. Her love potions contained mixtures of arsenic and mercury. Her widespread consumer base was made up of women who were unhappily married. Eventually, Anujka's reign of terror came to an end and she was incarcerated only to be released eight years later, due to old age.  Later, Sandra talks about the Yowie. Located in Australia, the Yowie is similar to America's BigFoot. Supposedly located in the Outback, the Yowie legend has been around since 1795. The Yowie has been described as an ape-like creature that stands between six to twelve feet.
