Episode 42 - Supporting new mums and remembering that we were once a new mum!

This episode is a little rant from me. In a world full of 'what about me' how do we put our own things aside and remember that we need to support eachother, including new mums by making sure that we dont do what was done to us! too easy to fall in to the trap of struggle shaming and thinking only of our circumstances in his individualistic world.
