Episode 42: We're Backkkk!

We'd love to hear from you, send us a text!We're BACKKKK!A phrase that implies: "we've returned." when in reality, we didn't return to... anything really. This almost feels as if you have caught us in entirely new seasons of our lives. Our podcast, in its entirety, is about change. And just like us, our podcast is going to be ever evolving, growing, expanding and changing. In this episode, our aim is to shed a spotlight on our individual seasons of growth. We want to give you all a front row seat to the many small and intentional everyday changes we have been making that have been yielding some pretty huge results in our personal lives - while simultaneously wading through the trenches of our feelings during these positive changes. The past many months, we have been "on the ground" so to say, actively making those changes. Digging our hands in the dirt, sweating through exercises, meticulously penciling out our schedules (and our feelings), being truly present in our lives, re-learning how to nourish our bodies and really solidifying those healthy, life changing habits. During this process, we've both been putting some serious thought into how we incorporate our own personal change into our baby, this podcast.Every person, project, lifestyle change etc that we have committed to during this season (and going forward) has been decided upon with a WHOLE-HEARTED YES. And our passion project, Stay Wild Trauma Child, will always be a whole-hearted yes. That being said, we are so excited to move through some tough feelings and discuss some hard earned lessons with you guys. Are you ready to put pen to paper with us in this season of your own life?
