Episode 43- Best Of w/ Steve Sizelove originally aired as episode 21.  I wanted to revisit this episode because of the amount of value Steve has to offer. This chat was so rewarding on many levels and if you haven't gotten caught up on all the shows here's a good one for you.  Another main factor in why I resisted this episode is due to my lack of energy this past week. I've been finding more and more that when I grind to hard and don't give myself adequate sleep and eat right it takes several weeks to recover. I don't know if it's my ADHD or just a symptomatic issue occurring from the grind. Either way it's one to find balance in my schedule and learn when it's time to turn the torch off and go home. Get my 7-8 hours of sleep and allow my body,mind and soul a chance to recover.
