Nic Marks is a statistician with a slightly weird speciality - happiness. For the last three decades he has been creating measures of people's quality of life - with an increasing emphasis on their emotional experience and happiness. His strong proposition is that by measuring people's happiness, it kick-starts a process which builds happiness.
