Lorena Nava Ruggero ('04, '11) is currently the Director of Communication for San Diego Foundation and the ultimate Aztec: a third-generation alumnus who earned her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from SDSU, then returned to campus to become a Lecturer, work in the university's Media Relations department, and as the Editor of New Media.Lorena shares the story of how a theatre kid discovered the world of Public Relations, why she liked it, embracing new technologies, and the importance of organizations telling their own stories through new media.
