This idea that different parts of someones lived experience contribute to their whole identity is something that Neville has taken and applied to his professional life. Working at Mission Fed, he is known for having a balance between the financial and business and spiritual side of his life.As a not-for-profit organization Mission Federal Credit Union aims to meet the financial needs of the consumers, whether they be the owners or businesses. Part of their work focuses on financial literacy and education to help their consumers access and achieve their version of the "American Dream."
