With our Oscars review over, it's back to our regular programming! This week, Josh joins me for the filling in of not one, but TWO major gaps in my cultural bona fides, as I finally see Akira Kurosawa's 1985 masterpiece, Ran.  And though neither of us had seen the movie, I took things a step further, and caught up with the source material the film is based on, Shakespeare's tragic play, King Lear.
