Episode 43 - Ron Morehead - Voices in the Wilderness

My guest for this episode is researcher, author, adventurer and producer Ron Morehead, who joined me to talk about his research into the Bigfoot/Sasquatch phenomenon. Ron is best known for his Sierra Sounds project, where he and his colleagues have captured a compelling range of noises on tape made by unknown entities in the mountain forests of Northern California. These are the only recordings of their type that have been scientifically studied, time-tested, and accredited as being genuine and document a phenomenon Ron first experienced in the early 1970s, which persists to this day. He has also documented his personal interactions with these beings in his books, Voices in the Wilderness and The Quantum Bigfoot and recently appeared in the David Paulides documentary Missing 411: The Hunted. It was fantastic to get someone with Ron’s knowledge, experience and standing in Bigfoot research on the show to talk about his work and discuss the insights he has gained and the theories he has about what these creatures might be.
