Mallory Harrington serves as the hemp banking compliance officer at TFNB Your Bank for Life in Waco, Texas.  She has over 11 years of community banking experience ranging from operations to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and hemp-related business regulation compliance.While working in the field of regulatory compliance, Mallory quickly realized how under served the hemp industry is when it comes to financial services.  With the help of her team, she set out to build a commercial baking program built around compliance for an industry that needs it most.  TFNB started its commercial hemp banking program in December of 2020.  Founded as The First National Bank of McGregor in 1889, TFNB is the oldest bank in McLennan County and the seventh oldest national bank in Texas still operating under its original charter.  TFNB has served McLennan County and the surrounding communities for more than 130 years.
