John Harvey Kellogg was part of a revolution in how the world understood health, promoting healthy diet, regular exercise, and temperance in drugs and alcohol between mutilating children's genitals, firing yogurt up the ass of anyone who would hold still, and tormenting his younger brother, William Keith Kellogg — the founder of the Kellogg Toasted Corn Flake Company.
