Episode 43: The Journey From Being Techie to eCommerce Food Entrepreneur

from Business of eCommerce · host Charles Palleschi

Interview with: Erica Liu Williams Founder of gr8nola.com Bio: Erica Liu Williams is a Stanford grad, Olympic Trials swimmer and ex-techie-turned-food-entrepreneur. After graduating from Stanford in 2008 with a BA and MA in Communications, she began a career in Silicon Valley working for Yahoo, Intuit and various startups until starting her own healthy food brand, gr8nola. Erica came up with the idea for gr8nola by “accident" when she was searching for a delicious yet healthy snack during a clean eating program she and her NFL pro husband do every year. Unable to find any good options on the market, she decided to create her own granola recipe. Her product was so delicious that she created a side business out in 2013. As of Oct 2017, Erica officially left her career in tech to pursue gr8nola full-time. Today, gr8nola is supplied at some of the biggest tech companies like Google, Dropbox, Twitter, Uber, Square, Microsoft, Netflix, Slack and more. It's also sold online on Amazon and on gr8nola.com Links: gr8nola.com gr8nola Instagram gr8nola Amazon gr8nola Facebook gr8nola Twitter Sponsored by: Spark Shipping – Dropshipping Automation
