Who doesn't compare themselves to others? In a world of social media and marketing that continuously tells us, we aren't enough and we must do x, y, z and have x, y, z to be enough... we can be in a constant state of joylessness. It's a hamster wheel that never gets us anywhere. In this episode, I share what I've learned about comparison and the gift hidden in it when we find ourselves in the hamster wheel. It's a simple perspective shift and has helped me SO much in my life... and I hope it helps you too!
