An Emmy nominee, she’s written themes and songs for dozens of TV shows and movies, including Violet, which won an Oscar.She’s also the author of the books How to Write A Hit Song and How To Be A Hit Songwriter, and producer of the bestselling Master Class in Songwriting, which is a collection of the Master Classes she taught at UCLA.
