Episode 439: ABC...D of gaming: March 2022

Thanks for taking the time to listen to this episode of the ABCD of Gaming. People who used to listen to The Same Coin and now the ABCD of Gaming know that we often share a lot about our lives. Recording these shows is as much about having a laugh (and we laugh a lot), as it is also about talking about what is going on in our lives. Over the years this has included relationships and the introduction of children and the challenges they bring. As we inevitably get older the conversation now includes discussions about our health and wellbeing. This isn’t just our physical health, but also our mental health. These conversations are never planned beforehand which is what I think makes these shows so special. In this episode you’ll hear plenty of chat about health scares and how worrying can bring you down. If anything you hear resonates with you and you are worried about your health then don’t be a twat! Go and speak to your doctor or health professional. A lot of men find it hard to talk about these things, so please don’t bottle it up. You’ll feel better for it, trust me.
